Okay, I guess I'll start this one off. (You guys don't HAVE to wait 'til the 31st you know.) My fable is Hanzel and Grettel (not sure about the spelling). This is illustration 1 in a series of 4. I probably won't have time to finish the other 3 by the end of the month so I figured I'd just post the one for now. Below are my sketches for all 4 illustrations.

I like the silhouettes of the kids the most for some reason...
If I was the judge, I'd disqualify you for NOT finishing the one with the kids in the stew. Nonetheless, this is good enough to make me want to jump off a building. Well played, sir.
